Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or via SMS. Customers are expected to provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide adequate notice, missing an appointment, or arriving late may result in cancellation fees or the need to reschedule at our discretion.

Pricing for services may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and specific service requirements. While estimates may be provided in advance, final pricing may be adjusted after an in-person inspection. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods as communicated at the time of service.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services. Prior to service, all personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle. Customers are also responsible for disclosing any known pre-existing damage, defects, or concerns related to the vehicle. Detail Link LLC is not responsible for any personal items left inside the vehicle, including items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged.

By using our services, you acknowledge that pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, or mechanical issues, may become more visible after cleaning or detailing. Certain services, such as paint correction or dent repair, carry inherent risks depending on the condition and history of the vehicle.

Detail Link LLC shall not be held liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from prior repairs, aftermarket parts, or poor vehicle condition. Any concerns must be documented prior to service.

While we strive to deliver high-quality results, outcomes may vary based on the vehicle’s condition, age, and materials. We do not guarantee the complete removal of all imperfections, stains, scratches, or defects.
